Casa La Palmera is located on the seafront in a well maintained private housing complex between the towns of Salobreña and Almuñecar.
The detached 150sqm house offers unspoilt and impressive views over the Mediterranean Sea and the entire coastline.
Right in front of the holiday villa the guests have access to the private swimming pool and a marvelous garden with tropical plants.

The entrance to the Casa La Palmera leads over a small staircase (4 steps) in the hallway, which then leads to the individual rooms.
Directly right is the very well equipped kitchen. Left it goes through another hallway to the 2 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms.
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Straight ahead leads to the large living room with its panoramic window and you can already admire from here the excellent sea view.
Wi-Fi is available. The entire house is equipped with gas central heating.

The spacious salon with its magnificent sea views offers a cuddly sofa corner with satellite TV and a closed fireplace. Another seating area with comfortable upholstered chairs and sofa invites you to sit together at the coffee party or board game. A small desk with office chair is also available.
On the bright picture-window is a dining area with a large dining table and 6 chairs in Andalusian style.
From the living room an arched door leads to the excellent "winter veranda" which is glazed and can be opened with sliding doors. An awning provides shade if needed. The veranda is furnished with a table and comfortable armchairs - an ideal place to enjoy the beautiful sea view in any weather.
To the right of the veranda is a smaller terrace which can also be shaded if necessary with an awning, this is directly facing the sea and there are 4 comfortable sunloungers available to enjoy from here the first-class view.
To the left of the veranda leads to another, larger terrace with parasol and terrace furniture. This terrace gets plenty of sun all day and the view extends over the sea and the coastal strip. The perfect place on warm summer nights under the stars!

From the large terrace a staircase leads to the garden area with lawns and the private swimming pool in front of the house.
By the pool there is a tiled terrace and an outdoor shower. The pretty garden area offers outdoor seating as well as a covered pergola with garden furniture - a cool and shady spot in the heat of the day.
Due to the year-round mild climate and the sheltered location, a stay at Casa La Palmera is an unforgettable experience in every season.

The beautiful beaches of the Costa Tropical can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. To the kilometer-long beach of "La Guardia" you can walk on unpaved roads in half an hour walk.
The seaside towns of Salobreña and Almuñecar with their wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and attractions are around 10 km away.
The ski area Pradollano near Granada is 90 Km.
To Granada and Malaga, the journey takes 1 hour, to Almeria it takes about 1.5 hours.

Conditions

Minimum rental 7 days.
Upon arrival, a refundable deposit of 200,--EUR is required.
Pets are not allowed.
Firewood is available and should be bought after consumption by the guest.
