Spacious holiday house near Lanjaron, Las Alpujarras, Andalucia

The country house Cortijo del Visillo is located in a quiet rural location just outside the center of the spa town of Lanjaron. This particular location allows very good connections to the town which is within walking distance.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished in typical Andalusian style and well equipped.
First you enter the property via the pool terrace. There is also a covered dining area and next to it, in the lower part of the holiday home, a fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The stairs lead to the upper floor where you find first a large terrace and the entrance to the living:  a spacious living room with lounge area and open kitchen. For the cooler days a fireplace is available. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering.
A dishwasher and washing machine are available.
There are three bedrooms and one fully equipped bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The rooms have mosquito nets on the windows.

Right next to the house there is another covered seating area as well as the large west-facing part of the terrace with a wonderful view over the impressive mountains and the picturesque town. Outdoor furniture is available. The east-facing part of the terrace offers a practical barbecue area. From here there is also a staircase to the path beside the house.
Plenty of space place to relax, to take your meals outside and enjoy the wonderful view by day or by night.

The private, well maintained large pool is just a few steps from the house, an outdoor-shower and sunbeds are available. Here you will leave your everyday life far behind!

There is a parking space directly on the property.

The surrounding area offers excellent hiking opportunities and a riding school can be reached in about 15 minutes. In the nearby town of LANJARON there is a spa and health resort, as well as a very good infrastructure with a pedestrian zone, small shops, a market hall, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, etc. To the famous white villages of LAS ALPUJARRAS and the COSTA TROPICAL with its beautiful beaches it is about 35 minutes by car. GRANADA with the "Alhambra" (UNESCO World Heritage), the airport and the ski resorts of Sierra Nevada are 60 minutes away. To the airport of Malaga it is a 90 minutes drive.
