The renowned urbanization Calamedina was designed like an original Andalusian "pueblo" with terracotta-paved, cozy streets and a small village square. The large swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers are reserved for guests of the small community for private use! 
The community consists of 23 units and the pool is only used by the owners, so it is not very busy and most of the time you are alone at the pool.

The delightful holiday home with a lot of charm and soul offers a large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an inner courtyard (patio) with a large dining table, a terrace with breathtaking sea views, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the lower floor, to which a traditional-style staircase leads. One of these bedrooms has a French balcony, the other has a window. Both are equipped with attractive and practical built-in cupboards.
The third bedroom, which can be reached via the small inner courtyard, has been completely renovated and offers an en-suite bathroom.
All the rooms are equiped with stylishly and tastefully furnishings, air conditioning and a fireplace with air circulation offer everything you need for a pleasant stay!
