Very well kept pool villa with sea view "Casa Isabel"

 
Casa Isabel is a delightful holiday home surrounded by a beautiful and very well-maintained garden, approximately 3 km to the south of Frigiliana, a typically Andalusian whitewashed village nestling in the hills above the coastal town of Nerja. The town centre and beaches near Nerja are only a 10 minute drive and are probably among the best along the Costa del Sol.

The grounds of the house boast an array of subtropical plants which give optimum privacy whilst still offering fantastic coastal views.  There is also a 4 metre swimming pool in front of the house surrounded by a lush green lawn. The entrance to the property is through a decorative iron gate and to the right there is enough space to park 2 cars. This leads to the house, accessed via a large bamboo shaded terrace which has tables and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco. There is another terrace upstairs, uncovered, which offers spectacular panoramic views across the bay of Nerja.

Inside, there is a living room with open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The overall style is tasteful, original and modern. The house offers all mod cons and is both practical and comfortable. There is a very efficient air conditioning system which cools in the summer and heats in the winter, plus extra electrical heaters if needed. The kitchen has a modern ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher.
There are dining table and chairs in the kitchen area as well as the dining area outside.
Warm water is heated efficiently by a modern solar plant. The house also has cable-free internet connection (10 EUR per week), satellite TV with international programs and a DVD player.

In a shaded part of the garden there is a barbecue area with sink. There is also a friendly resident cat on the premises and a chicken coop where guests can help themselves to eggs.

Casa Isabel is a short drive away to the coast but there is a footpath which leads to a good restaurant, approximately 500 meters away. The motorway is nearby for excursions to other areas of interest. The nearest place for shopping (5 minutes drive) is Nerja. Granada and the Sierra Nevada skiing resort is an hour or so drive. Malaga Airport is a 45 minute drive.

All in all, it is a perfect holiday home in an ideal location for an all year round holiday. Recommendable!
